If you’ve been mulling over what to get your bridesmaids, maid of honor, or even another bride, I have the perfect gift you can give them! Some of these can be for any occasion but because they can be personalized, I think that makes them extra special. In an ideal world, if I had more time then I would’ve figured out how to craft these myself but the cost is worth the time and effort to buy these.

Makeup bags
I love these because sometimes my makeup bag gets gross and it’s not easy to wash but these are made of surprisingly sturdy cotton canvas. They have non-personalized bags as well and the ones that actually can be customized are not through Amazon Prime, but you may still be able to get free shipping. Plus, they aren’t expensive! Some of the options were:
- Bridesmaids
- Flower Girl
- Maid of Honor / Matron of Honor
- Mother of the Bride
- Mother of the Groom
And of course, you can get one for the Bride as well. After you make a selection and hit “Customize Now” you’ll see a modal where you can customize your item before adding it to your cart. You can see your customization on the last page right before you checkout. I ordered these on March 10 and received them on March 15.

I filled up the bags with a few Korean face masks (from Mishibox), some soaps and bath items, and the “To Have & To Hold… Your Hair Back” hair ties that are pictured.

I wish I had more pictures of these before I gave them as gifts but the photos on Amazon are pretty accurate.
You have 2 areas you can customize, the space in the middle and the space below that with a longer message.

I ordered these on March 10 and received it on March 23 — I gave myself plenty of time to order these without expedited shipping. They’re the perfect size to fit anything small like jewelry or candy — it would probably make a very nice engagement ring box! It looks like there are a lot more choices of customizable wooden boxes on Amazon now so I’m sure you can find a size that’s right for you. I put watch necklaces in them on top of jewelry pads. Aren’t they amazing?? The best part was that they were so affordable for something so personalized!
They even smell like freshly cut wood. The ones I purchased are now unavailable:
Guest Book
This is something that I probably could’ve made but since I knew it would be a keepsake for us, I wanted to be sure it would be something perfect. I guess I like things made out of wood.
There are a lot of different choices for wood finish, size, and page options. You can even get black paper, which would look great with gel pens.
“No emojis” 😛
I ordered this 8.5″x7″ Burnt Cocoa guestbook with 80 pages of blank ivory paper which was more than enough. If you look closely, it looks like the writing is actually the negative space in the wood stain.

This was also not available on Amazon Prime but I ordered it on March 10 and received it on March 17. Having a guestbook was actually on the bottom of my list for “must haves” but I couldn’t think of anything clever (plus, I was running out of runway for planning) so I decided to get this and I wasn’t disappointed!
